6 Most Common Lift Questions
Custom Industrial Products has been in the Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor business for over 20 years. In that time, we’ve served thousands of customers and answered even more questions about common lifts.
Here are a few of the most common lift questions we encounter almost daily:
Can your lift specifications be adjusted to meet my exact project needs?
Yes. We offer several different VRC models and types, and each can be configured to meet your specification needs.
Each VRC type has a basic range of capabilities and configurable features, and our team of engineers and manufacturers can build the perfect material-lifting solution. Feel free to explore our products and their features to learn a bit more about what we can offer.
Do you offer custom lift design services?
Yes. We have a Special Projects division full of experienced engineers and manufacturing professionals. Together, they have built hundreds of custom material-lifting solutions outside the scope of our normal product line. If you have particularly special application needs, chances are they can design an innovative product to solve your problem.
How do I choose the right model VRC?
Once you request a quote for a VRC, a member of our sales team will conduct a lift application analysis. This means that we will go through your application and project needs to determine which lift and specifications will be best suited for your business.
Do you offer perfabricated lifts for more basic applications and faster completion times?
Custom Industrial Products pioneered the first modular VRCs in the industry. Our PM-Series and TL-Series both include pre-built section and pre-wiring capabilities to make installation incredibly simple for all businesses and industries.
Furthermore, these units are incredibly cost-effective and can be installed in a fraction of time when compared to other common lifts. Both our modular lift options have flexible weight capacities and work well for a wide range of loads including boxes, carts, barrels, parts, and palletized loads.
What about the customer service after I’ve purchased and installed my lift?
We strongly believe that quality customer service doesn’t stop once you’ve officially purchased your VRC. If you ever run into any technical issues or concerns once your lift is installed, our tech support team is standing by to answer your questions and walk you through any steps needed to solve the problem. If necessary, we will send a team out to take a look at your malfunction and address the concern directly.
How will my lift be installed?
Over the years, we have built an extensive and trustworthy network of installers. We are partnered with some of the best in the business, and we will recommend mechanical and electrical installers in your region. They will ensure that your VRC is installed and implemented successfully.
